SMS

Charges are per individual SMS sent via panel or via API and are calculated per sending request, not per successful delivery.

How do we price?

Telephone rates are at 60 seconds. This means that if you make 10, 20 or 30 second calls you are still charged 60 seconds.

We use this method because the rates are so low that we would not be able to cover the costs by charging by the actual second.

SMS messages are charged per individual sending request, irrespective of whether notification of successful sending is received.

Per-second pricing applied automatically as soon as the customer makes a 100 Euro top-up, which remains active for the following 30 days
